Wait this is interesting to me. Can you tell me why? Because as a woman who constantly hears stuff like “if he wanted to, he would”, it’s engrained in my head that if a guy doesn’t text first he’s not that into you. Or does it just truly depend on the guy?

I’ve given my love and devotion and been burned every. single. time. So I’m done. Am I a fool? Probably. But if she doesn’t text me, then I don’t bother. Too much energy and attention wasted on people who ended up ghosting me. I’m jaded. I don’t fall in love anymore. I’m numb. It’s a filter mechanism. If they don’t text me then I assume they don’t care and thus I don’t care either.
