I’m kinda joking but for real I lost 65 pounds since August. Cut sugar, corn syrup, and drink a ton of water. No sodas. You’ll lose like 8 pounds in a week no problem

yeah i’ve legit never had a laxitive before, but sadly i legit think the biggest reason i’ve lost weight is because i’ve stopped eating as much bc i’m about to move out on my own and having to think about buying my own food and spending so much money on groceries all the time really makes me not want to eat

If you are eating less, consume more protein if you can and drink lots of water. Literally a fasting diet and you will lose more fat and retain muscle

I don’t know what state you live in but I would recommend like Winco or something similar for the state that you live in because food there is drastically cheaper than anywhere else or shop at sam’s club and costco to buy your stuff in bulk
