Sometimes I want to get mad at rowdy kids but I make myself think about how they’re doing actual healthy kid stuff instead of running around with guns and I stop myself

that’s so real. hearing frantic-sounding yelling kinda set off my cptsd so I temporarily got angry that they alarmed me over nothing, but then I was like, hold up, kids are Supposed To be able to run around their own neighborhood at night being rambunctious… I need to chill…
