“How much did she drink?” “She was doing drugs willingly.” IT DOESNT FUCKING MATTER! That is not an invitation to rape her!!!! When will you morons understand that??!?

women shouldn’t have to operate with the expectation that an assault could happen, or might even be likely to happen. it’s not their fault they were assaulted, ingesting substances is not an invitation to be raped, it is in fact the exact opposite. the way some people are talking about this is absolutely abhorrent and i feel awful for the women who were raped they deserve so much better

One dude was so drunk he was puking and the others weren’t able to give consent either. The men were also showing signs of heavy incapacitation according to ORIGINAL statements. Yall already showed your hand with the Lindsey Clancy BS. Just trying to ruin men’s lives with false accusations once again.

Not at all actually. Even if she wanted to have sex with them(which her lawyer made clear was not the case) she could have decided at any point that she wanted to stop, that’s her right. If she wanted to stop and they kept going(7 hours btw) it’s still rape. She didn’t consent to it end of discussion.

Drinking alcohol by choice and consenting to sex with 2 people doesn’t mean you consent to ketamine or sex with 7 people. Which it wasn’t. It was rape.

It doesn’t matter if she said yes at the beginning. It also doesn’t matter if she said yes to 3 guys. If she said no and asked them to stop and they kept going, that’s rape. Consent can be revoked at any time. Like what about this isn’t clicking?

Do you understand consent dumbass? It doesn’t matter if she consented to have sex and drugs in the beginning. If she had enough and asked them to stop but they kept going, that’s rape. Consent can be revoked at any time.

They shouldn’t but it’s a fucked up reality. It’s Murphy’s law, evil people exist all over the world and obviously it’s not her fault but nothing good was ever gonna come from doing drugs at a frat party, which just put her in a vulnerable position.

I can explain! You are saying Jane Doe was idiot for doing "drugs at a frat house alone" (which isn't true she wasn't alone but for a sake of argument let say she was.) In a vacuum that is a stupid decision. However, the consequences to a stupid decision shouldn't ever be getting gang raped for 7 hours after being advertised like a free box of donuts...

a regular consequence for a stupid decision like that is having a bad reaction to the drug and not a way to get help / care you need.

That’s what I know most likely she made that statement after the incident in 2024 because she felt there is no way people will take her case seriously or that she might be silenced and harassed by the fraternity that violated her if she spoke up

Saying free pussy is not an admission of rape. It could also be a sign of sexual promiscuity. Until the grand jury decides and there’s a trial potentially, there’s no way to know. It’s all based on assumption.

I’m not defending the guys because I think this whole situation is nasty. But those statements are not an admission of rape. One could also argue it is an admission that she is very sexually promiscuous. Nobody will know until a trial happens.

how is "like you can walk in and whip it out" not an admission of rape?? at no where in the group chat did they said "with permission" or "ask first" they literally advertised it as if she was a giant pizza. i was in a sorority they wound have free food and drinks for us all the time. you actively inviting other people to come and eat/drink. they treated her the same way.

This is such an intentionally dense way of thinking. A message alone is not proof of rape. A lawyer could easily argue that it was just vulgar language. Again, I’m not defending the man because I think that what they did was degenerate, but that is not concrete proof
