It’s because you live in Houston babe. There are a lot of other desirable places. It’s a huge misconception about Texas that it’s all like that and it’s not. We have the hill country in the east, and some pretty beautiful mountains in the north. West Texas is flat and dry and Houston is way too populated. It really just depends on where you’re at, Texas is way too big to put it all in one category

I grew up going all over texas, it gets better in a few spots of fuck ass nowhere but other than that most of Texas is the same. Horrible strip mall and suburban sprawl hell in a variety of settings best described as “too hot and humid”
