
switch to longer forms of media. if you cant keep attention for thirty seconds, try to watch a minute clip of something cool. microlearning is super good at making you feel productive. then switch to 7 min videos that are educational or edifying to your life. Then podcasts or documentaries. watching long things makes you feel good and like you completed something.

I also put an alarm on my tiktok that warns me when I’ve been on it for more than an hour, doesn’t always help but makes me think more abt how I’m spending my time
