Most girl/boy “groups” are industry plants unless they’re naturally made.

The concept of an Industry plant is so stupid…any competent record label is going to do everything possible to promote their artist…that’s literally the point. If the label isn’t pushing you via getting you shows, interviews, collaborations, commercials, etc., then they’re not a good label. Also Katseye was made from “pop star academy”. I remember they held auditions for this show way back in like 2022.

They had a survival show. Forgot what it was called but they’ve been in the making for a few years and documented some of the process. I truly don’t feel that they are talented enough for the hype but I’d see why a lot of people like them. It’s a concept that died (girl groups) and a lot of people are clinging onto that. Plus they’re diverse.
