When you drive out of Las Cruces and the Don County you pass border patrol me with all my friends that are brown all they asked was are you a US citizen you say yes and they let you drive, one time I didn’t even hear what they said I’m like can you repeat that and they’re just like go brown as fuck by the way

uh no they didn’t. the supreme court ruled in september 2025 the trump administration can use ethnicity/race as grounds for reasonable suspicion
