She has undermined me in front of the team in these slight ways multiple times. We’ve worked together for close to two years now (remotely) and at our last in person lunch we were sat next to each other and she barely spoke to me and even shushed me at one point. Sometimes when I ask her a question she’ll ignore me and respond back to my boss with the answer. Very weird

Not going to lie to you I was starting to wonder if that could possibly be it. I don’t like jumping to the assumption that someone is being a bit weird because they’re jealous but I’m genuinely perplexed
