Bro doesn’t know anything about how hard it is to fight a body that is physically trying to maintain weight at all costs (look up set weights we literally are not evolutionary equipped for long-term weight reduction)

Do you know anything about set weight? People’s bodies are very used to a certain weight and will fight tooth and nail to keep that weight, including by making you very hungry

There are ways around that, they can eat filling but low calorie foods. Plenty of people bulk and cut weight.
