ok so what’s the equivalent of “putting yourself out there” for an introverted person. because bars and clubs aren’t the answer. and don’t say hobbies because what cities are y’all living in that has clubs for those. when people say that to me it’s like

it’s my fault for not doing enough to put myself out there when i have been trying really hard in recent years to branch out. but it’s still not enough.

Maybe get interested in a new hobby? I know it’s not what you wanted to hear, but personally I’ve found learning new stuff with others who want to teach me to be pretty fun. Granted I’m someone that doesn’t stay in one place too long, but I always enjoy the friends I make along the way

Facebook ironically, you’re also gonna need to be kinda extroverted, talk to random people and if they look like they know stuff ask them if they know any x clubs or any clubs to do y by any chance. Most people probably won’t but some may give you some leads. Check local posters at local restaurants or coffee shops
