Men have no choice but to work there bc they dropped out of high school and went to trade school since they couldn't get into a normal college. That's like saying who would be a janitor? Doesn’t matter if they dropped out of high school yeah? Those jobs still need to be done. It’s like how women are better as teachers for the most part, those jobs need to be filled. So I think both men and women jobs are necessary. However the statement of, women should be paid $100,000 and me should be paid $10 is utterly ridiculous. I think teachers shouldn’t paid more. Unfortunately, society doesn’t seem to value that. So why you’re actually talking about isn’t gender based careers
