The bourgeoisie have made a few symbolic changes and thats it. They painted “Black Lives Matter” on a few streets, but cops killing unarmed Black people is actually increasing, not decreasing

this is all very true. i’m not at all saying things are good right now. bc quickly frankly, on a global economic and societal level, the world’s doing terrible right now. by “losing their grip” i meant their grip on their influence. yes, obviously evil people in those categories are very much still ruling this world. but more and more, we’re seeing less people buy into they have to offer. more people are taking their focus off of elitist distractions, and like you in this comment section, are…

… turning towards a sort of humanitarianism. more people are focused on the people. that doesn’t automatically make things good tho. we’re far from where we could be and should be as a society. but more people diverting their attention from the elites and to the common folk is a start. this is why i say they’re losing their grip
