Idk because I’ve lived in 2 places where income and education rates were mad low and everybody there drove like 10 mph beneath the speed limit, hogged all lanes off traffic, didn’t bother looking to change lanes or enter roadways. Many really bad accidents there too. I mean they were next to brain dead tbh with you. Maybe you haven’t lived in a place like that before.
