100% keep the photo. And express that you had become suspicious and checked ID. I doubt she will report you but some people are straight A-Holes. If possible have a friend be able to vouch for you. It should get dismissed immediately. Especially because it is considered a type of rape its weird af.

Everyone in the comment section is right but unfortunately given the fact that she is a minor it would still be his fault whether she lied about her age or not (depending on the state of course) he would still be liable for statutory rape and he can sue her in civil court for damages though

I have screenshots of her Tinder profile and the messages showing that she was the one who initiated things. I returned her wallet without making a scene and pretended like I didn’t know anything. After that, I unfriended her on all platforms and left it at that. This happened yesterday at 8pm ish 06/02/25
