it’s hard to explain if you’re not on the receiving end, but it’s often referred to in violent and degrading ways, and something done to women rather than with women, i.e “cracking, hitting, fucking,”etc, and it’s very non-consensual. sometimes people will say “yoo did he crack” and that just doesn’t feel good to be on the receiving end of yk? also a lot of times it feels like men just expect women to do it without considering their feelings. “suck my dick” feels nasty and non-reciprocal

also i don’t watch porn bc sm of it is horribly dehumanizing, but go onto any porn website and you don’t see loving sex anywhere, it’s all choking and slapping and “railing”, where women are at the receiving end of sexual violence to the point where it becomes normal and hot rather than borderline abusive

there is so much more that is incredibly pervasive throughout society, and even if not all men think like that i find it very hard to trust them individually when all of the social messaging i see is the opposite
