I haven’t been diagnosed with PCOS but like I have hair on my chin, neck, nipple, unibrow, and clavicle since I was 14 🫤😔 and I just hate it. I already think I have too much testosterone naturally for a woman because my shoulders are broad. I hate it
high blood glucose levels prevent testosterone from being converted to estrogen. insulin resistance is often a component or cause of the PCOS. so reducing spikes using these tips will likely help. also pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto are dht blockers that might help

And I have a happy trail, VERY noticeable. I should not have shaved it when it first grew 😒 I hate this and it’s like I wonder if I can take estrogen pills to get rid of the unwanted body hair
