It’s not like I was prosecuting him. I think it’s better to be safe than sorry and keep my distance if someone has allegations

it's not dangerous to him at all to avoid him. we aren't cops, literally all we can do is avoid him and tell other women to. that's the consequences of being bad at socializing or scaring women around you, regardless of why. that's life.
