“Thou shall not kill,” then commands Israelites to slaughter entire civilizations, including women and children. the prohibition against kidnapping, selling people, or holding them in possession, while other passages contain laws on how to own slaves from other nations.

"sell what you own, and give the money to the poor" (Mark 10:21), contrasting this with an account where an expensive ointment is poured on Jesus, and he justifies the act despite a disciple suggesting the money should have been given to the poor (Mark 14:3-9). the whole “old testament vs new testament” is bullshit too

Sell what you own and give the money to the poor was a response to someone asking Jesus what they need to do to inherit the kingdom of heaven jesus later says it’s easier for the camel to go through the eye of a needle. Thou shall not kill is mentioned in exodus when God was giving the Israelites law, the only reason there was killing was because the Egyptians went and hardened their hearts against God! Did the Egyptians not kill the Israelite slaves?

No im saying God literally TOLD pharaoh through Moses if they don’t let gods people go God will punish them and if you’ve read exodus you know what happens! I’m not saying I can kill you because you think differently, you havent enslaved anyone, killed anyone (I hope lol), or extorted anyone, not to mention I’m not one to judge because we are ALL sinners and deserve death, God had GRACE on the Egyptians, they sinned AND kept Israelites in bondage after being told by God to let them go…they had

Many chances they sinned and hardened their hearts, as much as Israelites were sinners too they knew God was with them and believed and they were saved from the hands that kept them in bondage (which is happening AGAIN right now)
