Put in a large blender: • protein powder (vanilla or chocolate is best) • whole milk • full fat vanilla Greek yogurt • bananas • chia seeds & flax seeds (be careful about how much bc fiber intake) • large amount of frozen berry mix (dark cherries are great) • a pinch of salt & pure cacao powder (optional but really makes it perfect)

Also it sounds crazy but adding in spinach is helpful for vitamins and iron but you actually can put a lot in without changing the taste (specifically when it’s a dark berry mix like blueberries, raspberry, and cherry mix) but it can make it slightly salty so don’t add in any salt if you put in spinach!
