High calorie smoothies would have to be my top recommendation! You can really pack them with so many calories that one smoothie is over 1000 calories if you make them right!

Also simple sugars like carbs digest really quickly so you can eat your fill on them and wait a half hour and eat more to keep your calorie intake high!

You’ll probably want like 2500 calories a day or something depending on your activity level but you could talk to your doctors about the best way for you to gain weight! Also there are high calorie bars that are meant to help gain weight that you could try

Personally, that’s why the smoothies are the best options! Put in a large blender: • protein powder (vanilla or chocolate is best) • whole milk • full fat vanilla Greek yogurt • bananas • chia seeds & flax seeds (be careful about how much bc fiber intake) • large amount of frozen berry mix (dark cherries are great) • a pinch of salt & pure cacao powder (optional but really makes it perfect)

Of course! Also it sounds crazy but adding in spinach is helpful for vitamins and iron but you actually can put a lot in without changing the taste (specifically when it’s a dark berry mix like blueberries, raspberry, and cherry mix) but it can make it slightly salty so don’t add in any salt if you put in spinach!

Dairy has a lot of calories like cheeses and things so just adding a slice or two to the things you normally eat can help increase your calorie intake as well! If you can’t handle cows milk the go to goat cheese like feta!
