Extremely wealthy people don’t make money like average people do, so even though they have a lot of money, they often don’t exactly get paid a lot of money. They kind of game the system to get around taxes already, so you wouldn’t be getting much more out of them (this is all from my understanding of other people talking about this issue)

I know how extremely wealthy people make money. The post is literally just saying we live in a country with one of the best economies in the world, people aren't just gonna flee because of a tax they way the did in other countries that already sucked for other reasons
