that’s true, though my circle isn’t really the hooking up type so my problem is more that i’m a night owl surrounded by The Employed lol. but that’s what my hobbies are for!!!

bc it just feels really metal for my existence as an asexual person to prove that sex and sexuality are not as essential to human connection as they’re propped up to be! i adore asexuality bc it’s a way of challenging how we’re taught to show love to other people, and that we can and should be able to expand our understanding of what community and relationships look like beyond the scripts we internalize and take for granted from a young age
