One of the jobs my friend who works there put in a good word for me and I'm gonna train to be a bartender! The other one I am a regular local and I was talking to the owner and said I was having a hard time finding a job but I got an email from him a few days later offering it to me. I would say walking into establishments and asking around is the best way, or try to find a connection that can hook you up
i’ve been saying this 😭 the only jobs i’ve ever gotten were from me genuinely walking in irl/getting someone to ask their manager if they can interview me 😹 it’s a shame that big corporation jobs are all digital because it’s almost impossible to get their attention through online applications (at least in my experience i applied to every online application job near my campus and none of them responded)
