Can’t change dick size however weight is a different story I’ve seen 609+ turn into super models it’s about the want to. Simple as that

Okay but some people legitimately don’t have the time money or resources to eat healthy, work out, or do other things that might help them lose weight

those super models you’re talking about go on extreme drugs and surgeries that are more harmful to their health then being any amount overweight.

some people are on the grind and aren't naturally skinny, can't put time into their body because they're triple majoring or getting a masters in four/ five or graduating early. keep shaming people to make yourself feel better since you're not as successful 🫶

All this feed gave me was excuses and not all of them was super models some where everyday people. Take this and I say this with grace change only starts when you stop making excuses for yourself and do . Don’t hide behind enablers and do it for yourself it’s up to you how you take this info
