So if a man hit on you respectfully and stated his intentions plainly, and those intentions happened to line up with yours, how would you respond? (Not considering other factors; yes, appearance is an important factor, but not what I’m getting at)

i’d probably just say i have a bf right now because there’s nothing wrong with this hypothetical man, i just work two jobs and im a full time student so i know i dont have the time to be a good girlfriend right now and its an easy way to say im not on the market without getting into my personal situation

What if it was just getting to know someone and it was never about being in a relationship until the time was right, but both people agreed to keep each other around until then?

i don’t really have any time for that either, i’m barely able to keep up with my friendships right now so i don’t think adding a hypothetical perfect man into my life would even work right now
