I had to breakup with my best friend last year for the same reason

It felt like they were never happy for my accomplishments. Anytime I had something going on they never showed any genuine emotion. It felt like they wanted to compete with me. This is towards the end btw the early stuff was way worse

The early stuff was horrible I don’t even know how I stuck around, she would make me feel bad about myself and make rude comments. This person would flip back and forth with being a good person then to being a genuine sack of shit. This Behavior stopped when I told her she was annoying and started hanging out with other people.
