
That's the spot I'm in rn and it's very bleak. But getting to help others, and seeing them light up and thrive, being able to do that for them? Totally worth it. I had a manager that was like that and I never understood him, I felt so bad; now I get it. He was always giving to others even though the more he gave, the worse off he became. He was never rewarded. Karma never got him back for his good deeds. But he just kept living the same way. He's actually EXTREMELY not okay rn, but he refuses-
