there's a lot of help on youtube specifically for people with neglectful parents, from tax paperwork to interview tips to changing a spare tire to how to read and follow recipes, anything your parents failed to teach you. look up anything you don't feel like you understand well enough and there's something out there to teach you. most of all remember it's not your fault, your parents should've been teaching you these things and that's not on you
