I waited 2 yrs to see if the spark would come back before I finally did it. It’s hard when you still care for the person. I made my ex promise not to harm himself no matter what happens cause I was genuinely scared I would set him off. Idk your situation but you will thank yourself for going through with it no matter how hard.
