I feel you! The only way to do it is discipline with diet, exercise, sleep, water intake. Healthy habits. Having a healthy mindset and generally just reduce stress can help towards weight loss. It can be a difficult and challenging process, but I believe in you! The first step is to learn to love yourself the way you are rn because people mess up and things happen in life that lead to the way we are rn, and no one is perfect. Trust me once u complete this step life will be less miserable…
