Why doesn’t all Sprite taste like McDonald’s Sprite? I’m so confused

Not sure if you’ve ever seen the inside of a soda fountain before but it’s straight up carbonated water and fresh syrup in a separate box pumping out together rather than when you open a bottle of sprite that was made days prior and already shaken around a bit :)

because mcdonald’s has a strict contract with coca cola meaning their fountains are regularly maintained on a schedule and every restaurant’s fountain is different when it comes to CO2 and syrup content

Some say that it’s because if you’re eating the fries while drinking it, the salt from the fries can make it seem like it tastes sweeter

Did you like it? I feel like other than the spiciness it has a slightly different taste than the normal mcchicken. It’s been sold out in my area for months now tho 💔💔

This is so real I also cannot handle spice like I used to it goes right through me but it be so good smh. Idc ima always love McDonalds.
