That’s a gross generalization. If you’re helping them, sure. But are you supposed to not associate with anyone who has different views than you? How are you going to get through life – work – like that? There are racist, transphobic, sexist, etc. people. Just because you work with, or work for, someone who is doesn’t make you.
giving people your labor when they should be shunned and ostracized by society is absolutely helping them and normalizing their behavior. if you have a choice you should choose differently. i don’t think this role is make or break for him financially. id rather starve to death than work for a transphobe
