It really is, i even workout nearly every day and don’t look that big but i guess the mindset/confidence just isn’t there for me to put myself out there

This fr tho. My friends and well meaning people ask me all the time why I’m still single bc I’m such a good person and it’s like no one cares about getting to know you as a person if you’re fat and/or ugly.

Why is it anyone else's business what someone looks like? If they are happy with how they look it why does it matter to other people? Plus its completely unnecessary to be blatantly rude to someone because you just don't like something about them. Who gave you the audacity to think its ok to be so unkind for your own personal amusement?

Yeah, dating and socialization in general are hard, especially when you feel insecure about something about yourself. Everyone has something that they are self-conscious about. It just gets frustrating when people attack people’s insecurities. It’s not helpful in the slightest. If people want to vent about a struggle, they should be able to do so without people just being rude. I hope OP tries to focus on doing what makes them happy
