Confessions on Yik Yak | I dont know who to tell but at least once a week (usually much more) i feel a REALLY intense urge to stab a knife through my leg or my stomach. I am fine and regular and on medication i just get this urge sometimes. I dont know who to talk to about it.

I dont want to tell a therapist because im scared they will just send me to a hospital even though im fine otherwise.
