Not exactly sure what the calorie intake was but it was basically eating when I was hungry. I’m trying to do less than 1500 cal intake now and do cardio for a little extra off

No I don’t mean the calorie intake I mean what are you eating/drinking? Certain things can make you feel more satiated than others
