Since you don't seem to be understanding it from the way that Im seeing it. The justice building is a federal building. The message that can be conveyed with a banner being placed over top of it is that he is above the law. With the Epstein files being released and handled poorly. That reflects really poorly on dear Donnie. Banner with his face for campaigning are completely different than banners with his face on federal buildings as POTUS.
