Glad your losing weight, I highly recommend you also go to the gym or run around campus. This has a lot of benefits including increasing ur calories burned but the main benefit is ur body switches to fat for its main source of energy if ur muscle fibers are under stress.

Keto never seemed to work for me I got recommended to just keep a high protein diet and it’s worked for me I lost the weight and have been able to keep it off as well!

Hopefully it helps I was drinking coffee& milk it was 1000’s of calories. I switched to Black silk flower and skim & add sugar free tiramisu for flavor.

have a binging disorder. eat things that make u feel full and if u get snacks make sure they’re healthy and natural snacks w/o PROCESSED sugar and carbs. carbs r good but not the processed ones! best wishes x

just whole foods! i know everyone says ground beef and eggs and yogurt and that can def turn ppl off (like me) but bottom line is whole foods! any produce or meat, starches too. ppl forget u can add spices and flavor without it adding calories! have fun with it

Same for me! I was in the 205-210 range for damn near a year and I just couldn’t get myself down so I started a weight loss med and changed my eating and now I’m almost in the 180s. I’m also 5’2” and I have missed being an athlete so much 🥹❤️‍🩹
