Did anyone else gain a bunch of weight during covid and never end up losing it? Or be like me and did lose some of it but gained it all back…

I developed an eating disorder during Covid. Because there was nothing to do so I would go for walks outside for 3+ hours. Developed severe anxiety wouldn’t eat and then bought a treadmill. developed an exercising disorder still struggling with both currently Getting help though
