Is ethical to shoplift from target while we are boycotting them? Target has some things that I really want so that I can fill a void in my life.

Ethical? Yes. But they are fucking vigilant and will track how much you steal until it’s enough for a felony and then they’ll prosecute you. So maybe don’t.

Dude dont stealing from corporations only hurts the employees. It takes it out of their checks etc.. Also you going in is you being counted as a shopper. Thats why they dont care as much if you steal. If they wanted to they could realistically prevent theft on a much larger scale.

Sure just steal like a cheap thief. How stupid can people be? A $20 trinket must be worth a possible criminal record. And also prices rise from retail losses. So when you finally do grow up afterwards you’re paying more and you contributed to it. Ya - genius idea.

Fr these types of stores have a room filled with screens scanning the entire store and a guard watching them at all times. You can’t get away with any fast shit anymore

stealing from big corporations DOES NOT hurt employees at all??? i’m not sure where you’re from but it’s not like the manager can take money out of your check when there’s theft

It 100% can impact an employees daily life. If the store becomes a “target” store management had to be a certain level of strict. Impacting the employees typically day to day. Also typically including added scrutiny/ “passive” punishment for theft.

Its incredibly annoying and all legal. Yet it adds an annoying amount of pressure to the employee to prevent theft and most times there are strict rules preventing said employee from stopping the person making it even more difficult. Its why most retail employees dont give a fck. Damn if you do and damn if you dont.
