If they're doing something wrong just kindly explain to them how to do it the right way so they know and can do better next time. Because yelling at them or judging them is just going to make them stop trying to learn. But if you have to explain it multiple times, then that's a different issue entirely

But dorm life is completely acceptable as long as they’re actually trying to learn and not leaving their laundry in for a few days lol
