He sees you as a wife! The economy is hard and he couldn’t afford it. Just breathe. The 2 of you will be forever partners! It’s hard out here. Stick with your love because there aren’t many good folks out. Learn to share finances. That man will become great and reward you tenfold of that trip and more. I’m rooting for yal. Look at this from a different perspective!

Well I was fine paying for it as like a gift, until I found out he’s proposing on the trip. I don’t wanna pay for my own proposal

Not many men or women, want marriage these days! Especially as one gets older, they werent lying about how much harder it gets. Love from everyone’s heart, fade, as you get older, and go through heartbreak after heartbreak! At that point, folks get together all because of “aging/getting older” and financial support/security
