he is just being respectful, lovely. probably waiting for you to give him the green light. it’s not a bad idea to try and mention or initiate something as long as he’s comfortable too. if you’re content with how you guys are then there’s no need. you don’t have to do anything at all.

it should be common practice for someone to not force you into sex. you have gotten yourself someone with self control. take your time and do what you think is right. you don’t need to touch him to make him stay.
