The BLM movement did achieve many of its goals, though. Derek was arrested and imprisoned, and Floyd’s family was given millions of dollars in restitution and go fund me donations. All that episode proved is that rioting works, because major institutional change happened after that response.

I agree and disagree. It progressed some things like what you mentioned and regressed in other categories. But thanks for actually commenting something instead of jumping straight to disrespect. No matter how much you wanna speak up, they still call you a coon because of the color of our skin. This post was made because another black person thinks I’m cosplaying because I don’t completely agree with everything he/she says. Mfs live for attention more than speaking about issues
