I relate! Before I had sex for the first time I researched a lot about sexual health, basic anatomy, ways of ensuring another’s comfort and common sexual preferences. I figured that it would be best if I used the study guide before taking the test ya know?

taking the initiative to educate yourself on sexual health & consent practices before you get intimate with someone else is definitely a wise & responsible choice. I wish there was some kind of national-level standard of compulsory education on that front though, it sucks that we don’t all just get to start from a healthily well-informed place regardless of what age we become sexually active

i think its fun to figure it out as you go. of course learning about consent and safe sex is important but after that you shouldnt put to much pressure on urself to know exactly what to do
