Sometimes I have to blast calming Hz frequencies and try to force myself to meditate for like 5-10 minutes in the car after I leave the gym. Bc I'll be buzzing so badly that if I just drive off I'll 1000% get into some awful road rage incident or just straight up smash my car into a pole or something 😭
