It’s called the “ I Am Sober” app. There is a pay version, but the free version works best. The community is amazing.

I am sober. I don’t pay fully for it but it’s really good with daily reminders and praise. Kept me strong

My life was spiraling. Almost to the point of no return. Days became or felt like weeks, didn’t matter as long as I had one more beer. One of my many lowest was I had to ask my younger brothers for help with rent, groceries, etc. I’m older. It’s a special type of shame for me. It’s horrifying a liquid is this strong.
