Unfortunately it isn’t always that simple. Dated this girl for a year who was allergic to lots of things (mainly foods related to celiac disease), and she had been to like 4 or 5 different doctors and gastroenterologists and any other doctor you can think of and none of them were able to identify what she had and what was making her stomach upset. Still don’t think she’s figured it out to this day

that’s low iron. her ferritin needs to be above 100
