Seriously! It feels like gentrification. They’re tiny spaces with minimal privacy and you’re charging me how much???? I’ve seen one bedrooms cheaper….

i also saw some efficiency apartments which are the equivalent to a single dorm go for $1200. IT DOESNT EVEN HAVE AN OVEN AND BARELY A STOVE
