Bruh my ex and her brother owe me more than $5k. You ain’t getting that shit back. Plus small claims for that minimal amount?? Write it as a loss.

ATP I’m considering doing it for the plot. She told me she’d pay me back and then when i reminded her a month after she said she’d get it to me she blocked me on everything

Multiple things including her car payment. I do have proof of her promising to pay me back by the next paycheck repeatedly and then she never actually did
