People HAVE to be karma farming always saying their mother is cancer free. I see a post specifically like this every other day. I just don’t believe so many people’s mothers here have cancer. And why always the mom? It’s never the dad or sibling etc 🤨

women tend to have higher rates of chronic illness in general; COVID is thought to be oncogenic meaning it increases likelihood of developing cancer, especially in older people, and that risk grows with each cumulative infection—not to mention it’s still circulating, and most people’s booster shots were so long ago that their efficacy has waned significantly

If they are lying about something like that then they’re definitely gonna get their karma just not the “yikyak karma” that they were after

Yeah I’m ngl I see a ton of posts on here that’s always something along the lines of beating cancer or an abuser being caught, but the cynic in me can’t help but feel like some of those posts have to just be people karma farming. Ofc some of them may be genuine, but I see them way too often for me to not at least consider that.

Mine has breast cancer in her blood stream so she can never be considered cancer free☹️. But breast cancer is pretty common so a lot of people probably are telling the truth.

And I’m also not saying that they are lying, I’m saying IF they’re lying they will get their karma (as in bad karma in their life)

Yes. It takes away from honest people trying to celebrate their loved one’s survival. I quite literally watched my best friend’s mother die from it when we were 11 and it’s just a slap in the face to families like that.
